Q. How long will it take to finish my site?
A. Once we receive all of the required text, logos, photos etc, we can usually have your site ready within 7 days.

Q. Do Web Packs include a domain name?
A. No. But don't fear - if you don't already own a domain name, we can help with that too! Keep reading... 

Q.
Can you register my domain name?
A. Yes! When you order one of our Web Packs, you'll need to indicate the web address (ie domain name) to install your site. If you don't have a registered domain name already, you can register it at the same time you order your Web Pack. Make sure you try our Domain Checker first, to see if the domain name you want is still available.

Q. I already have a registered domain name - can I use that?
A. No problem. When you get to the Domain Options on the order form, simply indicate you already own a registered domain, and fill in the details. We may need to get some additional information from you later, such as who you are registered with, but we'll contact you if we have any queries.  


Q.
Can you host my website as well?
A. Of course! In fact we prefer it. Our servers are optimised for the software we use, so we know there are no surprises when it comes to installing your website. Our hosting packages are as little as AUD$15.00 per month if you choose the annual payment or AUD$19.95 per month if you prefer to pay quarterly.

In addition if you choose to host with us, we'll set up Google Mail for you, which means you'll be able to access your email from any computer. We'll configure the first 5 email accounts - at least one of which must be an Administrator account. Then, using the intuitive Google Mail interface, you'll be able to add/delete/manage all your own email accounts.

Q. I already have a Hosting account with another provider - can you install a Web Pack on my server?
A. We can, but you'll need to confirm with your provider that your account meets minimum requirements. Our software uses PHP5 and requires one MySQL database. While PHP is very common, some providers will charge you extra to include a database.

In addition, you'll need to provide us with FTP and phpMyAdmin login details. Your host will be able to provide you with that information. 

Q. Do you build custom templates/websites?
A. We sure do. We understand that every business is different, each with their own needs. If our "off the shelf" Web Packs don't suit your requirements, tell us what you have in mind and we'll be happy to provide you with a quote.

Q. What happens if I need to update my website?
A. Content updates cost AUD$90 per hour (min charge $45). You can request changes to your site at any time and as often as you like - simply login to your account and submit a Support ticket with your changes. Or email your changes to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it - be sure to include the name of your website!
Please note - you should allow up to 3 business days for content changes to take effect.

If you know you'll be making regular changes to the site, you can save money with one of our pre-paid Support Packs.

Q. We need to update our website constantly - can you train our staff how to use the software?
A. Absolutely! If you need to update your site regularly, rather than pay us to do it, we can train you or your staff how to use the software - and save you money in the long run. Contact us to enquire about our Training Packages.

Q. How do I make payment?
A. Payment is made online through PayPal (so you'll either need a credit card or a PayPal account), and is required at the time of ordering. There is a one-off fee to install your website PLUS your choice of quarterly or annual payment for hosting.

If you prefer to pay via cheque or bank transfer, let us know and we can make arrangements. Please note - all Web Packs require payment upfront.

Q. Can we use the photos on the Demo site?
A. No. The stock photos we've used on the Demo sites are for illustrative purposes only. You'll need to supply us with ALL photos you intend to use - that includes the header images. If you need help sourcing Stock photography, we use and recommend
